I'm a 21 y/o baseball player and aspiring entrepreneur. 4 years ago, I first started coaching at Dr. Phillips Little League to give back to the community and started to see quick results within my athletes as well as enjoyment within coaching. Over the summer of 2022, I turned coaching into a business to help pay for upcoming college debt and to give back to the community.

 

90% of the profit goes toward college, and 10% goes back to the church and community, the reason I'm able to have this amazing job.

In the fall of 2024, I'll be starting my Junior year studying and playing ball at Dartmouth College. I plan on influencing even when I'm away by staying in communication with athletes and their families as well as coaching when I come back home for breaks. Bañez Baseball is an investment, not a one time lesson! This started off only as a summer gig, but I'm blessed to say it has grown to become so much more.
